How to Add/View Lessons Learned

To add or view Lessons Learned within WebActionHero, view the Activity/Project summary page. From there, you can view the Lessons Learned by clicking on the Lessons Learned icon within the information box. If you wish to just add a Lesson Learned, click the dropdown icon and select "Add Lesson Learned."

When viewing your Lessons Learned, you will see this popup. Within this popup, you have the ability to view, edit, add, and print the Lessons Learned.

Adding a New Lesson

When adding a Lesson Learned, you will be asked to enter the lesson as well as the Lesson Learned Type. This is the information that will be displayed when viewing Lessons Learned.
